Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your workspace's billing settings or by emailing support@invoxa.agency from an administrator's address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; your team keeps full access until then, and you will not be charged again after that date. We confirm every cancellation by email.

2. Refunds

First annual subscription: if you cancel within 14 days of the start of your first annual term, we refund the annual fee in full, less any usage-based fees already incurred. Monthly subscriptions and renewals are not refunded for the unused part of the period, except as described below.

Billing errors: if we charge you incorrectly, we correct it and refund any overcharge in full as soon as we confirm it.

Service failure: if we fail to provide the Service materially as described and cannot correct the failure within a reasonable time, we refund the fees paid for the affected period as set out in the Terms of Service.

Where the law of your jurisdiction gives you a stronger right to a refund, that right applies.

3. How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through Stripe to the payment method originally charged. We initiate approved refunds within 5 business days; depending on your bank or card issuer they usually appear within 5–10 business days of that. Refunds are paid in the currency of the original charge.

4. Implementation and one-time fees

One-time implementation, onboarding or integration fees stated in an Order are earned when the work is performed and are non-refundable once that work has started, unless the Order says otherwise.

5. Questions and disputes

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first at support@invoxa.agency and we will resolve it quickly; most issues are settled within two business days. Invoxa is a trading name of ATLAS MA LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (entity ID 0008128069).
