Pricing
Invoxa is priced on the number of legal entities you run and the volume of supplier invoices you process each year. Every quote is written for your organisation after a demo, so you never pay for capacity you do not use.
How billing works
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance, in US dollars (USD).
- Usage above your included invoice allowance is billed at the end of each period at the rate in your quote.
- Payment by card or bank transfer, processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
- Prices exclude applicable taxes. No setup fee unless your quote states an implementation package.
- Cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid period; first annual terms carry a 14-day full refund — see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
